Ian - "Mommy, I'm going to tell you a story..OK?"

Me - "OK"

Ian - "Once upon a time, I put on my swim trunks, put water in the pool and went swimming!" 

Pause..

"can I go swimming now?"

Me - "YES"

Levi - "Me too?"

Me - "YES"

We met some friends at the movie theater this morning to watch

This was the boys first time to the movie theater! They had so much fun..and I enjoyed every minute of hearing them laugh!

Picnic with Friends!

 This morning, we got together with some friends to play in the creek and enjoy a picnic by a covered bridge!

 

 

 

 

 

4th of July Weekend

Friday night, we all loaded up and took the kayak out onto the lake...this time instead of us taking turns with the boys we decided to try it will all four of us in it.  I sat in the front with Levi on my lap, Ian sat in the middle with his own little seat and Matt sat in the back and paddled all of us around the lake. The kayak was difficult to keep on track with only one person paddling and with so many in the boat...so we decided that we either need to get another one...or just take turns!

 Sunday night, Matt built a fire, we made smores, spent time catching fireflies

and then it was finally dark enough for....

Their favorite was the colored smoke bombs!

Monday, we spent most of the day at Matt's parents house.
